The red pine wood, which was often avoided for its aesthetic detriment as the so-called "blue wood" that turns blue or blue-gray during the drying and manufacturing process, has been reinterpreted to utilize its color and patterns as a design element in flooring, interior wall materials, and custom materials. It pairs exceptionally well with popular vintage styles and industrial tastes. This is a jointly developed product with Masaki Ozawa from Lyo de Home (Sapporo City, Hokkaido). The materials used are produced through a collaborative project between industry, government, and academia aimed at revitalizing forestry and conserving forests in Nagano Prefecture.

This is a flooring series that transforms the blue discoloration into a strength from a design perspective. ★Species Description [Aizumi Pine / Pine Family Conifer] Majestic mountains and the pure waters flowing from them — Shinshu, with its unique natural environment, is home to Akamatsu that has grown over many years. Among the domestic Akamatsu distributed across a wide range from Honshu to Kyushu, it possesses particularly beautiful wood grain. ◆Rigid Grade◆ This grade has a lot of blue discoloration and includes knots. A knot is where a branch has been incorporated into the trunk. A living branch that has been incorporated is called a "live knot," while a dead branch is referred to as a "dead knot." Additionally, as a characteristic of the material, there is a certain degree of color variation and some resin pockets (areas where sap has accumulated).
