New product for temperature sensing wire for monitoring abnormal temperatures of electrical wires installed on electrical equipment.

This product is a temperature sensing wire set to 80°C. It is a product that integrates a large number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended wire, which is installed on electrical equipment wires using spiral tubes, monitoring abnormal temperatures due to overload currents or poor connections, as well as abnormal temperatures caused by electrical equipment failures. It enables safety management of electrical equipment even for those who are not electrical engineers. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the two wires short-circuit to sense the temperature, detecting abnormal temperatures as a signal. It utilizes the softening of the wire and the recovery of the shape memory alloy. With permanent memory and no rust, it retains its function indefinitely once activated and can be used for many years. Additionally, it is a non-reset type that allows for confirmation after activation, is simple and easy to use, has good accuracy, and features zero standby power due to its switching function. It excels in environmental performance and can meet the performance standards of type 1 fixed temperature detectors (120 seconds) as specified by fire safety regulations.
