We would like to introduce a case study of BLOSSOM & BOUQUET SANDWICH, which operates a sandwich shop and café.
The cash register information from over 15 shops is sent to the headquarters online, and while there is accurate data available, it was unacceptable to manually input this data into Yayoi Accounting for every store on a daily basis in this day and age.
Therefore, we implemented our "Hayagyo" solution. The store sales input task, which previously took over 16 hours each month, now takes only 20 minutes. Additionally, other input tasks such as invoicing and material procurement, which used to take more than half a day each month, can now be completed in just 10 minutes.
