MEMOREAD was developed as an infrastructure maintenance inspection support system that contributes to the efficiency of inspections and on-site surveys of infrastructure structures, as well as measures to mitigate third-party damage. By utilizing 3D TIN model technology from point clouds and visualizing the differential amounts through gradients, it is expected to discover issues such as concrete spalling and detachment that appear as aging changes in structures, leading to a reduction in the time required for on-site surveys and a decrease in the burden on inspectors. Understanding damage locations in advance is a technology that helps reduce the burden on inspectors, streamline the process, and prevent oversight of damage locations, thereby contributing to measures against third-party damage. Experiments conducted during bridge inspections have shown a 38% reduction in time compared to conventional inspection methods. Furthermore, the same analysis system has enabled the rapid creation of damage diagrams from the results of differential analysis. This technology directly traces the point cloud, eliminating the need for hand-drawn sketches on-site and effectively reducing the time required for drafting in-house. Previously, the accuracy of damage diagrams varied among individuals and companies, but improvements in creation techniques and the production of detailed damage diagrams have made it possible to compare past and present data. This software is designed to realize a new inspection technology based on point clouds.
