Profect Co., Ltd. will hold a seminar on the theme of DX strategy using production management systems on Thursday, September 5th. In recent years, the utilization of IT data and DX strategies have become crucial factors influencing corporate growth. In this seminar, we will introduce our initiatives that led to receiving the Excellence Award in the Support Division of the "Japan DX Grand Prize 2025," as well as the DX strategies for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies using our production management system "TED," including specific case studies. Through corporate management simulation (experiential learning), it enhances numerical ability and strategic thinking. Each participant takes on the role of a business owner, managing the company from its founding to its operation. They practice a series of management cycles, including decision-making, result analysis (financial statements), and planning. Participants not only create P/L and B/S but also learn strategic accounting (criteria for profit generation), conduct management analysis, and draft the next management plan (strategic plan). The program combines "practical exercises" and "lectures" to achieve high learning effectiveness.

In the field of food and health food research and development, an increasing number of companies are facing the following challenges: - Difficulty in exploring new functional materials and differentiation themes, leading to a depletion of research topics. - While they are collecting information from conferences and papers, they struggle to translate this into research themes directly related to their products. - They remain limited to competing similar products and follow-up projects, failing to establish uniqueness. - Although there are seeds of ideas, they struggle to elevate them to scientific hypotheses and build the necessary foundations for internal approval.
