ODS enhances domestic support services with an original app, standardizing an app on tablets to assist in the early resolution of issues when they occur.

We will standardly equip our original application "Log Transmission App" in future shipments of our Android tablets "TA2C-NF8" and "TA2C-CS8," and strengthen our domestic support services for early resolution of issues. For customers who have already received their shipments, updates can be handled either through AWS by the customers themselves or through our support center.
Our original application "Log Transmission App" collects and compresses logs within the tablet by combining it with the preset "Log Capture Mode," and sends them to our server via the internet. This reduces the time taken to respond after an issue occurs. Additionally, for issues dependent on the customer's environment, it may not be possible to reproduce them at our repair center, thus eliminating the need for customers to reproduce the issues while operating in their actual environment.
