Customer case in the transportation industry: Solving the issue of storing data with legal retention periods.

The equipment used by our customer in the transportation industry, which handles not only domestic but also international logistics, is the NEC Express5800/R120g-1E. The server, which stores data with a legally mandated retention period, is out of maintenance, and the manufacturer has provided a quote that is not realistic, leading to a lack of progress in discussions. Therefore, we proposed a "temporary maintenance" solution. After discussing their needs, they decided to contract for maintenance for five years this time. In the case of multi-year contracts, we provide the necessary maintenance parts for the following years in the first year, which allows us to avoid shortages of repair parts during the contract period.
