The aim is to enhance the ability to independently resolve labor issues and improve the labor (employment) environment, contributing to the realization of healthier organizational management through the organization and updating of knowledge. To accommodate diverse working styles such as remote work and telecommuting, and to enhance learning effectiveness through lecture review and confirmation, the course will be offered as an on-demand delivery format. This allows participants to learn repeatedly "anytime, anywhere" without restrictions on time or place from their chosen start date. This course is equipped with subtitles to ensure accessibility.
