The ground business services of Inhabitant Business provide a one-stop solution from investigation to construction and warranty. We conduct ground surveys, analyze and determine results, prepare construction estimates, and then provide reinforcement work to the client. We also offer ground warranty as aftercare. We respond through a network of 74 ground companies nationwide. The ground assessments from partner companies are double-checked by ground engineers from Inhabitant Business (automatically providing a second opinion). Additionally, ground warranty is automatically included. There are no exemptions due to slope angles, and we also address ground accidents caused by retaining walls; it is applicable to non-residential properties as well. This is a top-class ground warranty in the industry.

• Site and ground investigation

We will solve any ground-related issues in case of emergency. "The house is leaning" "I want to remove the piles."

We will serve as a consultation point in the event of any uneven settlement and provide support until resolution. We also offer guarantees after settlement correction. Additionally, we accept orders for the extraction of existing piles.

The law regarding the improvement of energy consumption performance in buildings (hereinafter referred to as the Building Energy Efficiency Act) has been amended, and from April 2025, compliance with energy-saving standards will be mandatory for all new residential buildings. Our company handles two aspects for new residential buildings: [Energy-saving calculations] and [Acquisition of BELS evaluation certificates]. We conduct nearly 200 energy-saving calculations each month and have a track record of calculating 2,000 new residential buildings annually. Wallstat is software that creates an analysis model of wooden houses, applies seismic motion to the building just like in a shaking table experiment, and numerically analyzes the collapse process up to complete failure, allowing for visualization of seismic performance on a computer. We will conduct a "preliminary survey of asbestos-containing building materials" that is necessary before carrying out demolition and renovation work, focusing on wooden single-family houses.

There are four points regarding the preliminary asbestos survey for residential businesses. 1. Nationwide survey capability Asbestos-containing building material surveyors will conduct surveys nationwide. *As of October 2023, surveys conducted by asbestos-containing building material surveyors are mandatory.* 2. Fast delivery within one week Delivery will be made within one week from the survey date. This includes document surveys based on design documents and "deemed containing surveys" conducted on-site. *Delivery times may vary if sample collection and analysis are involved.* 3. Sample collection and analysis available Sample collection should be conducted on-site with your presence. Delivery times will be communicated based on the number of collection points. *Analysis is limited to samples collected by our company.* 4. Electronic reporting based on the screen Report *Asbestos preliminary survey result reporting system* For demolition and renovation work of a certain scale or larger, electronic reporting of survey results is required. *To use the asbestos preliminary survey result reporting system, prior issuance of a G Biz ID is necessary.*
