Joint research with Kagoshima University / Effects and efficacy of sterilization and cleaning in food manufacturing factories and restaurants "ZENON Special Alkaline Electrolyzed Water / SDGs Report (4)"

As a joint research project with Kagoshima University and Campus Create, we have compiled a report titled [SDGs Report-4] based on the joint research reports of three research themes conducted since April 2022.
[1: Sterilization Edition]
Verification of the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of E. coli suspended cells and biofilm formation.
[2: Cleaning Edition]
Verification of the cleaning effect of "hard-to-clean fats (from sweet potatoes, etc.)" that strongly adhere to the walls of fermentation tanks in brewing processes (food manufacturing factories).
[3: Comparison Edition]
Comparative verification of the antibacterial and cleaning effects of alcohol and chemical detergents in restaurant kitchens.
