As a joint research project with Kagoshima University and Campus Create, we have compiled a report titled [SDGs Report-4] based on the joint research reports of three research themes conducted since April 2022. [1: Sterilization Edition] Verification of the inhibitory effect on the proliferation of E. coli suspended cells and biofilm formation. [2: Cleaning Edition] Verification of the cleaning effect of "hard-to-clean fats (from sweet potatoes, etc.)" that strongly adhere to the walls of fermentation tanks in brewing processes (food manufacturing factories). [3: Comparison Edition] Comparative verification of the antibacterial and cleaning effects of alcohol and chemical detergents in restaurant kitchens.

Our genuine products (including OEM/PB products) are those that have been completed using our unique design and technology, specifically the "only domestic special alkaline electrolyzed water generation device," which produces alkaline ion water through electrolysis. These products are filled, stored, and distributed at designated factories under thorough quality control. (Due to our emphasis on product quality, we do not sell the electrolysis water generation device or apply for or disclose patents or utility models to prevent technology theft.) ... <omission> Recently, it has come to our attention through reports from distributors that imitation and similar products have been sold that misuse the features, performance, functions, and achievements of our products (product name "Pure Stella," including OEM/PB products for other companies). These imitation and similar products appear to be sold without permission, utilizing various evidence accumulated over many years by our company, such as "joint research with universities and performance testing and evaluation results by third-party organizations." In addition to cleaning and deodorizing, some of these products also violate the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act by claiming effectiveness against "coronavirus, influenza virus, E. coli, etc." and promoting "patent and utility model acquisition" in their advertisements ... <omission> <<< Please read the attached document for the full text >>>

We wanted to clarify the high cleaning power, which is one of the functional performances of ZENON Special Alkaline Electrolyzed Water (our product name: Pure Stella), by comparing it with household laundry detergents and other companies' alkaline electrolyzed water. Therefore, we conducted preliminary tests in-house before requesting tests from a third-party organization. The testing method was based on the widely used "artificially contaminated cloth" method in the detergent and soap industry, and we created our own "contaminated cloth" that replicates food stains commonly found in households. (Note) This report is intended for the purpose of disclosing information about our research activities and is not a promotional document using test results to demonstrate superiority over other products.
