Introduction of "Air Mix" case studies

Here is a case study of the introduction of "Air Mix."
At the Kashima Factory of Sumitomo Forestry Crest Co., Ltd., this product was introduced in the intermediate and top coating processes.
It has been evaluated that the introduction led to a 50% cost reduction due to savings in paint from improved application efficiency, enhanced work environment from reduced overspray, shortened cleaning time for dry booths, stabilization of coating quality from improved maneuverability, and elimination of uneven coating.
Additionally, this product is used selectively in processes that use the same paint, while coloring is done with the conventional air spray method. It is said that the typical application efficiency of general air spray is about 30%, and this efficiency has significantly improved to 60-70% with this product.
Details of the case study are provided in the related materials. For more information, please refer to the documents or feel free to contact us.
