Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. (DNP) has implemented "Product Search," utilizing the Product Information Management (PIM) provided by Contentserv, to enhance the efficiency of proposal operations and promote digital transformation in sales and marketing. DNP has published the results of this initiative as a case study.
At DNP, there were instances where they did not realize that suitable products existed within the company to solve customer issues, or they spent too much time searching, leading to missed opportunities.
To address this challenge, DNP's Marketing Division built "Product Search" based on Contentserv, centralizing product information and enabling sales representatives to quickly access the necessary information, which went live in January 2022.
By utilizing "Product Search," DNP has significantly reduced the time spent on searching for products and representatives, successfully increasing the conversion rate of business negotiations by approximately 60%.
