The EHD Anchor HP (HyPer) method uses a high-adhesion ECF tendon with a durability of 100 years, and has enhanced the overall structure of the head, free length, and anchor body to achieve superior safety, durability, and lifecycle economy. The anchor head features a transparent cap, grease-free fixture, and plate waterproof structure, which improves maintainability. Additionally, the fixture is equipped with a reliable adjustment function for increasing and decreasing anchor force as standard. 【Features】 1. More than 90% of the locations where issues occur in ground anchors are said to be in the head and the back of the head. By repairing these areas, it is possible to improve the corrosion resistance to the level of the current ground anchors. The maintenance and management of ground anchors are carried out in accordance with the "Ground Anchor Maintenance Manual." Maintenance and management consist of three parts: inspection, investigation, and countermeasures. High durability anchor using epoxy coated and filled strand!

The "EHD Anchor" uses a durable tensile material, a bonded ECF strand filled with epoxy resin between each wire of PC steel strands, in accordance with civil engineering guidelines. Despite its simple structure, it enhances water tightness and achieves high durability. EHD stands for Epoxy High Durable. This anchoring method employs strands coated with epoxy resin, which has strong corrosion resistance, and embeds fine-grained silica sand on the surface to improve adhesion with grout.
