■Because it is a chain sling used for harsh tasks, we use high-quality alloy steel that combines nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, providing toughness and strength. ■When lifting by directly wrapping the chain (direct wrap), it is designed with a short link dimension (short pitch) to minimize the impact on the chain links that come into contact with corners. ■About the pink fluorescent color: *By applying fluorescent color to chains used in dark environments, the position of the chain can be easily identified at a glance. This allows operators to use it more safely. *It is also an effective measure for rust prevention, and to enhance the adhesion between the paint and the metal, a special plating is applied between the paint film and the metal. This minimizes the peeling of paint from the chain. *When using chains that have undergone advanced heat treatment in high-temperature environments, it is necessary to consider the effects of heat. It is very difficult to visually determine if a chain has been affected after being exposed to high temperatures, even once. This VIP chain changes color with temperature. If it has been used at high temperatures even once, it visually alerts the user to this fact (the color does not return even if it goes back from high temperature to room temperature).

Lateral loads on eye bolts are prohibited, but with a star point, even when the bolt is fixed, the ring part can rotate 360° in the load direction, eliminating the need to constantly align the ring surface with the pulling direction. This prevents potential accidents caused by the loosening of eye bolts due to neglecting the adjustment of the ring surface. Additionally, lateral hanging, which is prohibited with fixed tightened eye bolts, can be made possible while ensuring high safety.

We conducted an RTK accuracy verification of the GNSS reference station (Hi-Target Vnet6plus receiver + choke ring antenna) installed at our company building. Generally, with a single-frequency GNSS, once the baseline length exceeds 10 km, it becomes impossible to consider the path through the ionosphere as the same, and the difference in ionospheric delay becomes a significant source of error. By using dual-frequency GNSS, it is possible to correct the delay based on the differences in delay caused by the frequency of the radio waves; however, it is still said to be effective only up to about 10 km.
