The gas in the sterilization room is drawn into the measurement cell, and the ultraviolet light from the ultraviolet light-emitting diode is received by a photodiode. Concentration conversion is performed. Before measuring gas concentration, a zero point measurement is conducted with fresh air, and a light filter is inserted for K-point correction. After these calibrations, the gas concentration is measured. The measured gas is then discharged. Wagon-type disinfection device! Releases chlorine dioxide gas at 20 m/s! Quickly diffuses in the space for disinfection. Communicates with a meter via wireless to control gas concentration.

The device generates chlorine dioxide gas from the supplied chlorine dioxide water and releases it from the arch. The supplied chlorine dioxide water is activated by a variable bubbling function to produce chlorine dioxide gas. The concentration of the generated gas is determined by an external measuring device and is released until it reaches the pre-set spatial gas concentration. The device and the measuring instrument are connected via a 2.4GHz radio wave (second-generation low-power data communication system), and the diffusion of chlorine dioxide gas is managed by the intelligent functions of both the device and the measuring instrument to enhance the disinfection effect in the room. After a set exposure time determined by the fumigation time setting function, gas recovery is performed. The rear HEPA filter and activated carbon filter recover and absorb chlorine dioxide gas to below 0.1 ppm.
