Contract processing of PEEK 3D printed products *For small lots of PEEK!

Achieving lower costs than cutting processes! The production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is realized with a 3D printer!

In the production of three-dimensional products using PEEK (polyether ether ketone), injection molding is the mainstream method for large lots, while machining is predominant for small lots. For three-dimensional products made of PEEK, we have started contract processing using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printers with PEEK filaments manufactured by our company. This significantly reduces waste and allows for cost reduction. Additionally, with 3D printing, it is possible to create hollow or honeycomb structures internally, enabling material cost reduction and weight savings compared to machining, which can only produce solid forms. 【Features】 - Weight Reduction: It is possible to achieve weight savings by creating hollow or honeycomb structures! - Cost Efficiency: There is no material waste from machining, making it cost-effective! - Precision: Production is possible at the intermediate level of JISB0405! (Consultation required) - Innovation: Production using the FDM method allows for shapes that cannot be achieved through machining! *Please inquire as there may be limitations based on the shape. *If we are unable to produce after receiving an order, we will not charge for the costs incurred. For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

Have you ever felt that the typical nurturing process—from awareness to interest, consideration, negotiation, and order—just doesn’t quite resonate with you? In this webinar, we will address those who feel: - The company demands "short-term results quickly," but there’s no way to consult on methodology. - There isn’t enough internal persuasive material needed to implement "mid- to long-term measures" like awareness and recall. - They struggle to balance "short-term" and "mid- to long-term" efforts. - The general nurturing process cannot be directly applied to their own company. We will explain "How to Start BtoB Marketing." ■ Seminar Content: - An overview of marketing for products whose consideration timing cannot be controlled due to customer circumstances. - An approach to the semi-aware segment that is easy to involve stakeholders and quickly achieve small results. - A sustainable method for planting the seeds of recall to achieve mid- to long-term results without strain. - How to respond to the situation where 92% of customers contract from the initial consideration list. We will provide information that can help you build a BtoB marketing framework and achieve new customer acquisition. We hope you will join us.

Companies that are undergoing system renewal in the later stages have the opportunity to rise as leaders in industry digital transformation (DX).

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

― Breaking the Trap of Standardization and Revamping Systems to Leverage On-Site Strengths ― Companies that have been unable to undertake system renewal for various reasons in the past now have a significant opportunity. Many leading companies, during the process of simply replacing existing systems or implementing packages, have been forced to adopt operational responses that do not fit the field and rely on Excel for supplementation, resulting in unresolved on-site burdens and data fragmentation. On the other hand, there is now an environment where complex on-site operations and tacit knowledge can be structured in a short period using AI for business organization and mock screens for consensus building, allowing for the development of system requirements tailored to the company. This seminar will present a "field-first" renewal approach that latecomer companies can take to avoid the failure patterns of sticking to the current system or compromising with packages. We will share perspectives on how to transform into a business foundation that supports competitiveness for the next ten years, without halting operations and while minimizing risks, rather than ending with defensive updates. 【Recommended for】 - Those who want to turn latecomer renewal into an opportunity - Those who feel uncomfortable aligning operations with packages - Those who want to advance DX leveraging on-site capabilities
