【Highlights of the Fast Tech Booth】 ◆ Mag Vice (Permanent Electromagnetic Chuck for Cutting, Permanent Magnetic Clamping Block for Cutting) It can significantly reduce setup time for workpieces, shorten processing time through simultaneous five-sided machining, and greatly improve productivity by processing multiple pieces at the same time. ◆ Work Holding Tools for 5-Axis Machining Centers We propose work holding tools using self-centering vices, zero-point systems, and mag vices (permanent electromagnetic chucks). The zero-point system is compatible with EROWA, System 3R, and COROMANT CAPTO, ensuring high precision in repeatability and compatibility with automation. ◆ Split Tables for Wire Cutting and E3R System Vices for Automatic Transport The split tables for stainless steel EDM and the E3R system vices for automatic transport are compatible with System 3R and EROWA's automatic transport systems. They offer high repeatability and are suitable for automation. ◆ Drill Honing Edge Grinding Machine This machine grinds the honing edges of drills that have been re-sharpened using a drill grinder. This helps prevent chipping and significantly extends the lifespan of re-sharpened drills.
