The bottom of the container is sloped towards the discharge direction, allowing for smooth discharge of the contents to the next process. However, the existing standard products were not able to discharge high-viscosity liquids smoothly. Therefore, we designed and manufactured the bottom slope of the tapered container to be steeper than that of standard products. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "plate-type jacket container" as a custom order and delivered it to a food manufacturer. After adding solid materials and dissolving them using the thermal heat of the jacket, powdered materials are added and stirred. The mixed and dissolved materials are discharged through a tank bottom valve attached to the bottom of the container. To accommodate the shape of the parts to be placed inside, we changed the shape of the basket to both rectangular and round. Additionally, to prevent it from resting directly on the bottom of the cleaning tank, we attached legs to elevate the bottom. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "container with a seal application seat" and delivered it to a food manufacturing company. The seal seat has a fluororesin coating on the surface where the label is applied. Since there is no adhesive residue and it can be peeled off, it prevents foreign matter contamination from adhesives and similar substances. Additionally, in the standard specification, the clips interfere with the bottom of the container, making stacking impossible. In response, our company increased the thickness of the ladle's board and added a reinforcement plate at the base of the handle to enhance impact resistance. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "Powder Measurement and Inversion Feeding Unit" and delivered it to the food industry. This set includes a hopper with a dust collection hood, a dust collector, a receiving container, a scale, a cart, a lid for inversion feeding, and a lifter. The dust collection hood is connected to the dust collector to capture the dust that rises during powder feeding. The hopper and receiving container are connected with a polyester chute (fabric), and a stainless steel cover and receiving tray are installed on the top of the scale. In response, we designed it with a grid mesh at the input opening to prevent hands from touching the rotating stirring element. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "stainless steel container with a hook lid" for raw material storage and delivered it to a food manufacturer. With a standard lid, it was not possible to hook the lid onto the container, requiring it to be placed directly on the floor or table, which posed hygiene issues. Therefore, we customized the lid by attaching a hook on the inside, allowing the lid to be hooked onto the edge of the container.
