We received a direct request from an independent administrative institution to install one unit each on four large training ships that represent Japan. To allow trainees to use them in rotation, we used padlocks. We have devised a structure to ensure that the locks do not sway even when the ships are rocking. We delivered the products in accordance with the ships' port stay times, responding to your requests. Depending on the application, we have made adjustments, such as using stainless steel for some parts. With the aim of proposing the structure of the lockers, we created sample prototypes in advance, and after obtaining your approval, we proceeded with the production.

With a very large size, product verification work was also carried out in-house, ensuring quality assurance. This product utilizes our sheet metal technology, featuring a double bearing structure, load settings for maximum stroke, and deflection tolerance verification. The extra-large drawer's bending accuracy and welding techniques significantly impact the product's quality. At Nihara Works, we design and manufacture based on our customers' requirements.

【Case 1】 "Custom-made Niche Shelves for Churches (4 Compartments and 6 Compartments)" We received an order from an architectural design office for two types of niche lockers to store memorial tablets and urns. There are two types: 4 compartments and 6 compartments, featuring a chic brown color that beautifully highlights the crosses. This project was for installation in a church. We gathered information about the installation space, required internal dimensions, and the number of compartments needed, and designed it custom-made. The lower section includes double-opening storage cabinets. This time, we expressed the cross through silk printing, resulting in a custom-made design that perfectly matches the atmosphere. We also considered functionality with features like a "latch handle" for ease of use, "adjustable shelves" for height modification, and "vibration-damping sheets" to enhance door strength and eliminate metallic sounds. 【Case 1】 We delivered to the Shionjiyama Kofun Learning Center in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture. The "sloped display case" is a best-selling product with a structure that considers the ease of accessing and decorating the displayed items, featuring a simple yet sophisticated design. It is widely used as a display case in schools, museums, art galleries, and public facilities. It is ideal for small items, flat documents, and long display items. In January 2008, they introduced one sloped display case, and this time we produced one additional unit of the same specifications. After meeting with the owner on-site to discuss the specifications and layout of the lockers, we were able to deliver lockers that fit perfectly in the space. Considering the convenience for the customer, we included a keypad battery lock. The interior of the locker has a very simple structure, but we added some ingenuity to the shelves, making it possible to store boots as well.

A total of 1,760 sections (160 sections × 11 units) have been divided. To reduce costs, painting has been eliminated, and galvanized steel plates with rust prevention effects have been adopted. To prevent injuries in case of accidents, the entire surface has been hemmed (flattened structure). Each section is numbered with a seal, and efforts have been made to facilitate sorting. It is stated that after approximately 50 days of use, they will be discarded, so they have been sorted into a convenient and user-friendly shape with practicality as the top priority.

This is a steel hose rack designed with a unique shelf shape, featuring a steel shutter door mechanism. The installation height is approximately 3.5 meters, making it a very large piece. The body size is quite large, and care was taken to ensure strong welding. For the shutter to operate smoothly, precision in bending and welding is essential. At Nimbari, we conduct product verification at the fabric completion stage to ensure that we can produce high-quality products. This is one of our commitments as a custom manufacturer.

We delivered to a beauty salon in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. We provided two units each of the design-focused personal locker "Line Square" and the clothing locker "Apartment Slim" in custom colors. We also handled the installation ourselves, ensuring customer satisfaction. The design furniture "Apartment Slim" is a new type of locker with a stylish design that is completely different from traditional office lockers. It has been widely used in places that value the image of the customer, such as beauty salons, clinics, and salons. For this request, we received color design instructions and added sub-arrangements to meet the client's needs. We always strive to provide the perfect piece that matches the image of the store (space).

We have manufactured two types of extra-large drawer storage cabinets. A total of five units, in 8-drawer and 10-drawer types. The 10-drawer type has effective internal dimensions of W2202×D1540×H49, with a stroke of over 1 meter. We have reinforced the back of the drawers with materials both vertically and horizontally, ensuring strength and maintaining a level horizontal alignment, making this a product we are proud of.

The specifications for the regular Line Square doors for 8 and 12 people have been changed to allow for the attachment of door number plates. Additionally, the paint color of the doors has been customized to a special color specified by the customer. Furthermore, instead of the usual two-way cylinder lock, a one-way cylinder lock (a type where the key cannot be removed when in the unlocked position) was selected, resulting in a product that fully reflects the customer's preferences.

This time, regarding the paint colors for the door, we specified the standard color clear white and the custom color beige on our company website, and produced it in a checkerboard pattern. Each color matches well, creating a good atmosphere, resulting in a unique custom-made locker.

In response to the request to add a valuables locker inside the existing changing lockers, we visited the client to discuss the specifications. First, we manufactured three separate top shelves to connect the valuables boxes, which the customer then secured with screws. After that, we produced 468 valuables boxes and had them secured to the top shelves. After the installation was completed, we received a courteous thank-you message.

We received a request to include a lid so that trash, empty cans, and PET bottles can be sorted and deposited into the stainless steel double-opening door structure, and we have realized this product. Since it will be installed in a limited space on the premises, we inquired about the size of the trash bins that customers would store inside the box and manufactured it after proposing the minimum necessary dimensions. Additionally, since the box will be installed on sloped stone tiles, we included adjustable feet with a wide range of motion, allowing for level adjustment and enabling a smart installation.

This is a custom-made version of our standard 3-column, 2-tier valuables locker. By changing the lower section of the standard model to an open shelf, it has been tailored to meet the customer's request. Since it will be used in a changing room, we have specified a wood grain exterior this time, which we believe will give the customer a sense of luxury. The lock is set to a cylinder lock, but it is also possible to specify other types such as a combination lock.

Additionally, the lockers can be freely combined in various configurations both vertically and horizontally.

It features a four-digit combination setting and double locking with a key, enhancing the security level. While there have been many lockers for sharing mobile phones and computers, this is the first time a locker has been designed to store such a large number of tablets. It has been successfully customized with size and slot settings tailored to the items being stored.

Installed in a corner of the office, the five colorful doors brighten and enliven the space. "Cube_4 each" comes standard with four types of locks and two types of doors (with windows and without windows). The specification you ordered has doors with windows, making it convenient to see the stored items from the outside. Although it is made of sturdy steel, it is lightweight, making it easy to expand or relocate according to changes in the number of employees, and it can be easily stacked with just one screwdriver.

We received a direct request from a temple priest in Osaka. By customizing a standard locker, we were able to create a simple and reasonably priced urn locker. After receiving an inquiry from the customer, they visited our company for a meeting. They requested a gold paint finish, and we painted it in one of the colors we offer. Before installation, I was excited to see the wonderful columbarium. The customer was very satisfied with the final result.

Steel, represented by steel plates and stainless steel plates, non-ferrous metals represented by aluminum and copper along with their alloys, and non-metals represented by synthetic resin boards and fiber materials. In the "sheet metal processing industry," steel, particularly steel plates and stainless steel plates, is frequently used, so I will elaborate on those below. Iron is the most widely used material across various applications. While it has the disadvantage of being "prone to rust" compared to stainless steel, this can be mitigated through surface treatments such as painting or plating. Its advantages include high material availability (easy to obtain) and low cost. Common types of iron used in sheet metal processing industries like ours include SPCC (cold-rolled steel sheet: commonly known as Migaki), SPHC (hot-rolled mild steel sheet: commonly known as pickled and black skin), SECC (electro-galvanized steel sheet: commonly known as Bond), and SS materials represented by SS400.

We received an order from a trading company (Environmental Safety Division) for 16 standard Type A (2-person, 1-row) fireproof lockers. The specification includes additional hooks and shoe trays, while omitting the name tag holder. It is common to arrange the standard specifications to make them more user-friendly. The upper section has a spacious locker space, while the lower section features an open space for storing rubber boots. The installation was done within Wakayama Prefecture. We also handled the installation work at two neighboring locations, and the customer was very satisfied.

This is a work that achieves both a robust body made of zinc-coated steel plates for the locker itself and user-friendliness by using aluminum materials for the interior of the locker. We designed four types of custom bodies to match the columbarium, arranged 30 units neatly, and finally installed panels to hide gaps, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing piece. The installation was in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. By having multiple meetings with the client and checking the site conditions before the columbarium construction, we were able to smoothly complete the transportation route and wiring. We also ensured earthquake resistance with anchor fixing. By painting everything in a glossy gold color, we were able to create a luxurious piece.

You ordered a line square with cobalt blue as the accent color. It was requested for the purpose of storing customers' luggage within the shop. It is being used as a stylish personal locker.
