When the wire sensor upstream of the river breaks, an alarm signal is transmitted via LoRa wireless (which allows for long-distance communication) from the transmitter to the alarm receiver installed downstream. The receiver that receives the alarm signal will activate the connected alarm devices. Various alarm devices (outdoor and indoor alarms, as well as email notification devices) can be connected to the downstream receiver. The receiver typically receives wireless signals from the transmitter and outputs (contact output, voltage output), but if wireless communication is not needed, the wire sensor drawn from upstream can be directly connected to the contact input of the internal timer unit without using the transmitter, allowing it to be used as a wired debris flow sensor.

The safety assistance device for heavy machinery, "Bakasawagi," is designed to prevent contact accidents between heavy machinery and workers in the vicinity by allowing both the workers and the operators to confirm their proximity to each other using a remote control and alarm system. When a worker carrying the remote control presses a button, a siren installed inside the heavy machinery sounds to alert of the proximity. The siren stops when the heavy machinery operator presses the stop button, and at this time, a patrol light attached to the machinery lights up for 10 seconds. This allows the worker to confirm that the operator is aware of their presence. This system ensures that both parties have acknowledged each other's presence.
