The 2431DI series is... a slide rail with a "detent mechanism" that securely holds its position even with a small cross-section of 16mm x 20mm. Since the parts come pre-attached to the rail, there is no need to assemble the mechanism with separate components! The reason we are introducing this series is due to inquiries from customers looking for a slide rail that is small enough for use in a wine cellar, provides a click feel when storing, and has the ability to hold its position when stored. In fact, this is perfect for wine cellars that require a slide rail specification to increase implementation density! When installing shelves at the necessary height for wine bottles to store more wine, if you have a variety of wines in stock, it is easier to check the labels by pulling out the entire shelf rather than checking each bottle individually. Additionally, if you store the bottles at an angle to make the labels visible, the number of bottles stored decreases. When searching for "wine cellar," you will find various types of shelves. For a high storage capacity and easy label visibility, we believe that a wine cellar with slide shelves using slide rails is the best option.

Traditionally, there have been many pull-out mechanisms utilizing the retractable function of slide rails, but there was a problem that they could not be easily pulled out when opened. Therefore, our company devised a solution that differs from the conventional method, which used the force of a spring directly in a linear direction. The mechanism developed by AccuRide incorporates a roller part that applies pressure to a portion of a rail processed in an R shape, giving it a retractable function. We examined various shape patterns, selected the optimal one, and are currently supplying it as a custom product tailored to our customers' equipment. With this method, it can be easily pulled out, allowing you to take advantage of the benefit of being able to pull out various devices, such as office furniture drawers and grills for IH or gas cookers, which you want to remain closed with a certain amount of force while still being easy to pull out.

Currently, the "closed lock mechanism" of our highly acclaimed slide rails can now be incorporated into a more compact slide rail (cross-section 16mm x 20mm). This allows even small shelves, such as those in store gondolas, to be easily converted into "slide shelves," significantly reducing the time required for product replacement and addition. AccuRide's slide rails also contribute to reducing work time in stores, leading to savings in labor costs.
