Shinmeiwa Industries, Ltd. has recently exhibited a prototype that incorporates recycled carbon fiber into some of its components at the "Sewerage Exhibition '22 Tokyo" held at Tokyo Big Sight on August 2, 2022. As one of the outcomes, we have completed a prototype using recycled CFRP for the propellers of our fluid division's main products, the "Low-Speed Underwater Mixer" and the "Vertical Low-Power Agitator." This prototype is an attempt to apply recycled carbon fiber as one of its uses in our products. Taking this prototype as an opportunity, we will further strengthen our collaboration with Fuji Decoration and work on establishing processing technology and mass production systems. Additionally, leveraging the characteristics of the same material, we will promote the commercialization of this initiative while also considering new application developments that incorporate environmental considerations and cost benefits.
