The difficult-to-remove carbides (hard carbon) attached to the EGR cooler were cleaned by crushing them with tools such as drills. This document introduces the adhesive peeling verification for the mesh frames used in silk screen printing. Since aggressive liquids (acidic, alkaline aqueous or semi-aqueous solutions) cannot be used on the aluminum material being adhered, we considered using organic solvent-based peeling agents. Additionally, we found that chloroprene rubber-based adhesives are very hard yet have excellent flexibility, and we believe that a substance that possesses both dissolving and peeling properties is appropriate, leading us to engage in research and development.
