Since our founding, we have continued to provide optimal products and services to meet the diverse needs of our customers under the principles of "Quality First" and "Customer Satisfaction." We have made every effort to ensure safety and ease of use, striving to gain customer satisfaction and trust. Alcom is the only company specializing in internet sales that is a full member of the Japan Security Equipment Association, engaging in activities aimed at contributing to the safety of national life. As one of approximately 98 full members actively working on the front lines of domestic security, we promote the dissemination of safe and reliable security equipment through research and investigation. Additionally, our call center, which directly receives customer feedback, is staffed with personnel who hold the nationally recognized qualification of Security Equipment Technician. We focus on the importance of security and providing advice for problem-solving, ensuring that our customers feel a sense of "security" and "satisfaction." Moving forward, we will continue to accurately respond to the increasingly complex and advanced needs of our customers through reliable support and professional knowledge.
