The purpose of investigating and diagnosing the exterior walls is to create documentation for determining the timing, content, and methods of renewal work focused on the exterior walls. The investigation and diagnosis involve identifying the types, locations, and quantities of damages and issues that have occurred, as well as determining their causes, which will serve as valuable foundational data for renewal design, alongside assessing the future impact on the building.
