Providing a one-stop solution for the "working environment" Our company offers a one-stop solution for various products, including communication services, internal communication tools, and employee benefits, aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. In a society where the working environment is rapidly changing, we aim to solve our customers' challenges and achieve sustainable growth, while also realizing the happiness of workers and those around them. In March 2024, we introduced an OA floor circulating air purification system to further promote infection control measures that are being sought in workplaces.

Improving the inflow of outside air with air curtains Our facility is Japan's first urban circular ropeway, which opened in April 2021 as a means of transportation connecting Sakuragicho Station in Yokohama's urban coastal area with the Shinko Pier Canal Park. The Sakuragicho Ropeway Station is conveniently located in front of the east exit of JR Sakuragicho Station (just a 1-minute walk away), while the Canal Park Station on the opposite bank is connected to the commercial facility Yokohama World Porters via a corridor, making it easy to access nearby tourist attractions such as Yokohama Cosmo World and the Red Brick Warehouse. To prevent the intrusion of outside air with temperature differences entering from the entrance of the Sakuragicho Station building on the second floor and the entrance to the ropeway boarding platform, we have introduced Tornex's 2-way air curtain box.

MDstand coffee&bar is a café and bar that opened on July 29, 2022, located between the commercial facility "KAMEIDO CLOCK," which was established on April 28, 2022, in Koto Ward, Kameido, and the 25-story, 2-basement apartment building "Proud Tower Kameido Cross," across from Kameido Green Road Park. It is operated by the architectural firm "Frei Co., Ltd.," and the store design is simple yet meticulously crafted.

The oil accumulation in the machine tools and the fogging of the staff's glasses have completely disappeared. Additionally, our in-house staff had become accustomed to it and didn't notice, but the contractors coming in and out have remarked, "The smell of oil mist is gone!" The clean air is not discarded outdoors but is recirculated indoors, and since room temperature air is constantly circulating within the machine tool storage, the interior does not become excessively hot. We are surprised that fine temperature adjustments are no longer necessary and that there are no defects in the produced parts.

Looking ahead to a future beyond the COVID-19 pandemic, we aim to create "unique experiences" that reflect the values and diversity of our customers, as well as provide performances and services for the increasing inbound demand as recovery progresses. In response to the 2020 amendment of the Health Promotion Act, we have updated our outdoor smoking areas by incorporating washi-style glass film, not only re-evaluating the smoking environment but also making efforts to ensure a sense of Japanese culture. We have installed four sets of outdoor smoking booths equipped with two "high-performance plasma dust collection and deodorization units VFLJP," which remove over 95% of tobacco TVOC and purify smoke to meet the standards for exhaust in indoor non-smoking areas, thereby complying with the amended Health Promotion Act's smoking room standards.
