We, Takiron C.I. Co., Ltd., were newly established on April 1, 2017, through the management integration of Takiron Co., Ltd. and C.I. Kasei Co., Ltd. By expanding our corporate scale and business domain as a comprehensive plastic processing manufacturer, we aim to become a leading company in the plastic processing industry through the realization of synergy effects from the reorganization of our business portfolio and the efficiency of management and owned assets. Moving forward, we will accelerate the promotion of "strengthening sales capabilities and customer base," "accelerating global expansion," "enhancing production efficiency," "strengthening technology and research and development," "enhancing cost competitiveness," and "expanding our business foundation and strengthening our revenue base through M&A" to ensure further growth. Our business activities include the "building materials business," which encompasses residential and building materials, flooring materials, and construction materials; the "environmental materials business," which includes agricultural materials and civil engineering materials; the "high-performance materials business," which covers industrial plates and electronic components; and the "functional films business," which involves packaging heat-shrink films and packaging materials.
