In recent years, due to the increasing awareness of environmental issues, we have replaced the solvent in fluororesin paint with a weaker solvent, mineral spirits, without compromising its ultra-weather resistance, and have newly developed "New Fuso 21DC" as an "environmentally friendly ultra-weather-resistant paint."

The water-based two-component reactive curing polyurethane resin paint "Toa Moku" is an environmentally friendly next-generation high weather-resistant and high-performance water-based polyurethane resin paint. ■ The odor during and after painting is extremely low, allowing for repainting work even in shared spaces with pedestrians and during protective isolation. By mitigating odor, the scope of application can be expanded to include building elevator doors, steel doors, columns and walls in underground passages, steel door furniture, wooden baseboards, and more, both indoors and outdoors. ■ Despite being a water-based paint, it achieves a finish comparable to solvent-based paints. With the widespread use of specialized brushes and rollers, brush marks and roller marks become less noticeable, resulting in a finish equivalent to that of solvent-based paints. ■ Although it is a water-based paint, it forms a high-hardness coating. After curing, it reaches a pencil hardness of 3H within 72 hours. Toa Sky Coat AL is a thick-film long-term anti-corrosion paint developed using our unique technology for metal roofs such as galvanized steel sheets and color steel sheets, as well as slate roofs. It has newly improved its drying properties and reduced tackiness during low temperatures, while further enhancing the radical suppression technology and HALS (light stabilizers) that have been used previously. "New Silicon 21R II" is a high-grade, versatile silicone resin-based paint that enhances the weather resistance and color retention performance of the industry-leading "New Silicon 21R," which is well-regarded for its high weather resistance. It improves drying performance at low temperatures and strengthens radical suppression technology and HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers). The improvement in drying performance at low temperatures expands the suitable painting environment, leading to increased convenience for our customers. *Hardening time (10°C): New Silicon 21R 24 hours, New Silicon 21R II 16 hours (8 hours shorter). The suppression of radical generation, which is a factor in film deterioration, along with enhanced weather resistance and color retention due to HALS, will meet the trust of our clients. **What are radicals?** When viewed at the molecular level, the paint film has paired electrons in twos. When strong energy such as ultraviolet light or heat is applied, cracks in the chemical bonds occur, generating radicals that have only one electron. Radicals are extremely unstable and highly reactive molecular species that, once generated, react in a chain reaction, leading to the deterioration of the paint film. Incidentally, the cause of the ozone hole is due to chlorine atom radicals.

This is an environmentally friendly paint that replaces JIS K 5629 lead-calcium paint, featuring excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, and drying properties for galvanized surfaces. It is suitable for factory spray painting, either air-dried at room temperature or forced-dried, and has good handling properties after complete curing. 1.
