Our company manufactures deodorization devices using "porous glass foam material" as the base material. Microorganisms settle in the fine pores of the foam material, efficiently breaking down odors. It maintains excellent deodorizing capability and does not require replacement of the base material for a long period. A system for composting blue-green algae and other aquatic plants that occur in lakes and marshes on-site. After treatment in a pre-processing device, the material is placed into a bulk bag and composted using a high-pressure aeration method. By increasing the number of bulk bags, it can be easily expanded. Additionally, after composting is complete, it can be transported and used in fields while still in the bags.

A composting system using arm roll containers. Since composting is completed within the arm roll container, there is no need to construct new buildings if there are idle facilities available. Foreign materials are removed by a pre-treatment device, and food waste is finely shredded. It is then mixed with auxiliary materials and loaded into the arm roll. There is no need for turning, and there is almost no odor, so deodorization equipment is not required. This is a composting system that can be used even in urban areas.

Depending on the operator's skills, the preparation can vary, resulting in frequent cases where composting does not proceed well. This system automates the cumbersome sludge preparation process, allowing for stable processing throughout the year without being affected by work skills. The fermentation temperature rises quickly, enabling a reduction in the fermentation period. Additionally, since there is no need for turning operations, it can be operated with minimal personnel. The compost produced boasts high quality due to the sustained aerobic fermentation.

The sludge contains polymer coagulants, and during the preparation process with heavy machinery (loaders), large clumps are formed when mixing with auxiliary materials, resulting in longer preparation times and incurring significant fuel and labor costs. This plant has automated the preparation process and eliminated the need for turning during the fermentation stage, enabling extremely low operating costs. By combining ventilation methods, it is also possible to choose a operating method that uses returned compost. This allows for efficient moisture evaporation, ensuring the reliable production of returned compost. EasyJet is an unprecedented aeration technology that blows high-pressure air, 50 to 100 times that of a blower, into compost materials. Traditional ventilation methods often fail to provide sufficient oxygen due to uneven airflow and clogging, but EasyJet addresses these ventilation challenges. Aerobic fermentation requires sustained oxygen supply, and when the oxygen concentration in the compost materials decreases, the fermentation rate slows down, and if it falls below a certain threshold, aerobic reactions nearly stop. EasyJet supplies the necessary oxygen for fermentation evenly, allowing aerobic fermentation to continue and improving compost quality.

By pre-crushing the raw materials, smooth composting is promoted. This helps shorten the fermentation period and prevent unpleasant odors. It is used in combination with devices such as metering feeders, as shown in the image.

A ventilation unit that allows for easy drying of compost by installing ventilation pipes on the floor and using a dedicated warm air device for heating and ventilation. Thanks to the fermentation heat of the raw materials and ventilation control, drying is completed in about 2 to 7 days just by piling up the materials. By utilizing fermentation heat, the running costs can be reduced to one-third to one-fifth compared to drying using fuel.

A fermentation tank utilizing a truck bed (arm roll container) that makes transportation easy. By adding more containers, it is possible to improve processing capacity. No need for turning around, and operations are simple. It is a high-pressure aeration type fermentation tank that suppresses odor generation and can be operated even in urban areas.

This is a raw material mixing device that can be directly loaded from a loader. A conveying device can be attached, and the mixed raw materials are automatically discharged. It can also be used as a metering supply device.
