A high-isolation PIN diode SPDT switch module type with SMA connectors has been released by the MMIIC specialist manufacturer SuperApex at frequencies from DC to 65GHz. It offers over 80dB of isolation and comes with termination. An SPST product of the same type has also been released simultaneously.
