Fuchu Pura specializes in metal alternatives using engineering plastics and super engineering plastics, supporting the resin conversion of metal parts. We handle everything from mold manufacturing, prototyping, injection molding, painting, printing, assembly, machining, to overseas exports. ◎ Smart Factory: In 2005, we developed our own system to realize the IoT of production lines. Based on accumulated big data, we make future predictions, enabling just-in-time manufacturing. ◎ Production Management System: We have independently developed a management software (FPMS) that automates all management tasks from order receipt to sales. Our molding machines and measuring devices are connected online to the management system, allowing real-time viewing of production status and measurement data. ◎ Head Office Factory (Small-lot production and R&D factory): Proposals and realization of resin conversion from metal / Proven experience with 3,000 molds established. We can handle mass production of around 100 units at any time / We own dedicated development machines that can respond immediately to development projects, ranging from 20 tons to 350 tons. ◎ Motoyama Factory (Mass production factory for precision small parts): Supplies 35 million units per month to Southeast Asia / Automation of mass-produced items using engineering plastics. We have 17 unmanned gate-cutting robots and 2 fully automatic packaging machines, providing cost competitiveness.
