Tiger Rack Co., Ltd. began as a steel rack manufacturing company in 1951, collaborating with manufacturing factories in the monozukuri town of Higashi-Osaka after many trials and errors in development. We provide domestically manufactured products that excel in stability and durability, offering a variety of load capacities, sizes, and number of shelves. The combinations exceed 10,000, making our products suitable for all environments. In addition to the standard one-year manufacturer warranty, we offer a total of ten years of long-term warranty. We also have a "worry-free return guarantee" that allows customers to return products at no cost if they are unable to assemble the racks themselves, ensuring that customers can use our products with peace of mind for an extended period. Thanks to this, we have been adopted by many companies, government agencies, individual entrepreneurs, and private customers, surpassing a cumulative shipment of 300,000 units. In 2021, we fully launched our own warehouse, the Sakai City Mihara Warehouse. By consistently handling inventory storage, order processing, payment, packaging, and shipping in-house, we have been able to build systems tailored to our customers' needs. We also provide product delivery through our own transportation, striving to offer flexible services that enhance customer satisfaction.
