There are flat plate, heat pipe vacuum tube, and U-pipe vacuum tube types of solar thermal collectors, but the "Solaris," which has a CPC reflector and uses the U-pipe vacuum tube type, has the highest heat collection amount per installation area. Various solutions are developed using this solar thermal collector as a heat source. One application is as a supplementary heat source for hot water boilers in facilities with high hot water demand, such as elderly care facilities, hospitals, and public baths. Another application is for central air conditioning in office buildings, large commercial facilities, and schools. Solar heat is also used in air conditioning systems for cooling, heating, and dehumidification.
