The width of Panel UR 325 comes in seven sizes ranging from 200mm to 1500mm. The mesh, which is welded with 2.5mm wire, has an opening of 100x50mm and is welded to a tubular frame of 19x19mm to enhance strength. UR300 is ideal for creating partition walls and roofs within secure storage areas when used in combination with Troax UR 350 & UX 450 panels. Additionally, this system can also be used on its own when a high level of security is not required.

The snapper is a rigid connector that secures two panels together. Add one snapper to the top and bottom of the panel and snap it in place. Use this accessory when a panel with a larger than usual distance between posts is required. The snapper is painted gray with the Troax logo and is available in two sizes: one for ST20 mesh panels and one for ST30 mesh and polycarbonate panels.

The edge cover is a metal-reinforced plastic cover that can be used on the mesh edges that occur when making cutouts (notches) in the mesh panel. It is a black cover that matches our standard panel color: black.

The Cut Profile/Cutting Frame is compatible with all standard panels ranging from 200 to 1500mm. 1- Height Frame (Top Frame) A frame that is inserted after cutting the height of the mesh panel. The AZM201 is a monitor-equipped guard lock system that offers simple and intuitive operation. With 31 sensors and 3 LEDs to display operational status through self-monitoring series wiring, it is suitable for environments with high safety requirements. It features a one-handed operable escape release exit that functions even when not powered. By using a dedicated Troax bracket, the AZM201 can be easily installed on both hinged and sliding doors. This lock complies with performance level e (guard lock type) according to EN ISO 13849-1 or SIL3 according to EN 62061. We will provide brackets compatible with your desired AZM version.

The MGB (Multi-Functional Gate Box) is an interlock or guard locking system suitable for environments that require extremely high safety standards. It is equipped with functions such as interlock, guard lock, escape release, start/stop, and emergency stop buttons. All MGB products are optimized for use with safety fences and are equally suitable for sliding doors as well as doors with hinges on both sides. Installation and changing the direction of operation can be done quickly and easily. This lock complies with performance level e (guard locking type) according to EN ISO 13849-1 or SIL3 according to EN 62061. We provide brackets that fit the desired MGB version.

The Safe Escape Lock is the ideal lock for automated warehouses. It can have a non-contact proximity switch added internally, allowing the power to be cut off when the door is opened. With the knob and euro cylinder lock, the door can be securely locked from the outside, allowing only workers with keys to enter. The red handle for panic escape is only reachable from the inside and is protected from tampering on the outside by a black plate. The sturdy aluminum lock tube comes with a fixture for a padlock, allowing it to be secured when the door is open or to prevent it from closing during maintenance work. The switch that attaches to the lock and profile euro cylinder can be chosen from various types. The Safe Escape is pre-installed as a right or left version to fit single-hinged or double-hinged doors.

The cylinder lock is a sturdy metal locking tube. The locking tube and striking plate are reinforced with a welded steel cover, reducing the risk of tampering. There are various profiles of cylinders available, with options for both sides or one side, and for keyed alike or keyed different.

The magnet lock consists of a bracket that can be easily installed on the door panel with two bolts and a strong plastic handle. The magnet is designed to keep the door in a closed position.

The 80x80mm posts are assembled using the Strongfix system. The heights available are standard at 1,400mm, 2,200mm, and 3,000mm. The posts can be cut to the required height and can also be extended using extension brackets. The sturdier 80x80 mm posts are suitable for environments where there is a risk of collision or impact with objects. They have been tested to withstand impacts of up to 8180 joules and, when combined with ST30 panels and the Strongfix system, provide a standard solution that can withstand impacts of 6000 joules.

The 60x40mm posts can be assembled using the Smart Fix, Rapid Fix, and Safe Fix systems. The heights available are standard at 1,400mm, 2,200mm, and 3,000mm. When the door is open, a padlock can be used to secure the lock, preventing the door from closing during maintenance.
