Wire trays are available in two standard sizes: 100mm wide and 200mm wide × 2200mm long. The trays can be easily cut on-site and fitted to corners and ends. The consoles can be installed on standard 60x40 posts as well as more robust 80x80 posts. There is also a type that can be mounted on Smart Fix brackets, increasing the installation options. • Wire

The Safe Lock is a lock uniquely designed by Troax, which can be quickly and easily installed directly onto the panel with two bolts. The door is secured with robust metal bolts, and the Safe Lock has passed impact testing to withstand 1,600 joules of force. The escape release handle is designed to fit between the mesh openings, eliminating the need to cut any wires. To prevent tampering, blind rivets can be added to secure the lock to the door blade. When the door is open, a padlock can be used to secure the lock, preventing the door from closing during maintenance. The required performance level for the safety control system is determined by the results of the risk assessment. ■ The machine stops immediately when the door opens (PLd-Telemecanique XCS-A 702) ■ Prevents the door from opening until the machine is in a safe state (PLd GL-Telemecanique XCS-E7312/GardMaster TLS2-GD2)
