Free membership registrationWe will introduce a case of scale countermeasures using the "Hydroflow Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device" for oil well pipes. Calcium scale mainly occurs in the extraction pipes of oil wells, causing blockages that render them unusable. Therefore, we installed one Hydroflow model: C120EX (4”) on the oil extraction pipe to address scale issues in the piping up to 5000 meters underground. [Countermeasures and Effects] - Hydroflow was installed on the land pipes for pipes with old scale deposits, resulting in the internal scale softening and being lifted along with the oil, leading to a cleaner pipe. - It was proven that scale countermeasures could be taken on both sides of the installed pipe. - Due to the positive effects, a second unit was similarly installed in another oil well. Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a technical case study of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow." The water from the spring pit located 15 meters underground at the power plant is supplied through pipes A and B, but it is extremely hard water. The submersible pump for drainage stops due to calcium scaling in about three months, requiring the replacement of the pump each time, which incurs significant costs and time, causing difficulties. Therefore, we installed the Hydroflow model S100 on the water lift pipe. The effective range of this device is approximately 5,000 meters before and after the installation location. This device is a semiconductor product that requires no installation costs or maintenance, and it has been operating smoothly for two years since installation. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - The pump stops due to calcium scaling in about three months because of hard water. - Replacing the pump each time incurs significant costs and time. ■ Results - It has been operating smoothly for two years since installation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe will introduce a case of hot spring water treatment as a scale countermeasure for the "electromagnetic water treatment device." In the northern part of Taipei City, Taiwan, there is a hot spring area where residential buildings draw hot spring water from underground to enjoy the hot springs. The hot spring pipes often become clogged with hard scale, and the pump for the hot spring became inoperable just 1.5 months after the completion of a new residential building. Upon investigation, we noticed that there was a scale buildup of 2mm thickness on the pump impeller and inside the piping. [Countermeasures and Effects] - Installed Aqua Clear model P120 (for 4” pipes) ⇒ After installation, there were no more pump troubles. - Approximately 4 months later, an open inspection of the pipes was conducted to confirm the effects. ⇒ Inside the pipes, there was a soft scale approximately 0.2mm thick that could be removed by hand. The previously thick scale was no longer present, and acid cleaning was unnecessary. For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a technical case of installing the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" at a certain business hotel in Saitama Prefecture. The hotel's plumbing consists of heat-resistant PVC lined pipes, and the hot water storage tank is made of steel with anti-rust paint. However, since it has been 17 years since its construction, repainting the anti-rust coating would require the hotel to close temporarily. In this case, we installed the device on the return pipe of the circulating water to the hot water storage tank and conducted the installation while the hotel was in normal operation to verify whether corrosion prevention could be achieved. As a result, we successfully addressed the issue of red water in the hot water supply within about one month. 【Case Overview】 ■ Test Period: December 6, 2011 - January 10, 2012 ■ Location: A certain business hotel in Saitama Prefecture ■ Target Device - British-made electromagnetic water treatment device Hydroflow - Model: P100 (for 65A and 80A) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
