The liquid level catcher is a device that detects and alerts the liquid level of water, oil, and other liquids stored in drums or containers that are not transparent. It has a simple structure with a thin tube and a hollow weight attached to a micro-pressure sensor (sten leveler). When the tip of the weight, which is suspended from above, is submerged in the liquid, the pressure inside the tube slightly increases. The sten leveler detects this slight pressure change and turns the alarm lamp ON/OFF to notify. Since it detects air pressure, it can be used with non-conductive liquids such as oil.
