Maintenance and Resilience TOKYO aims to enhance productivity in the manufacturing and construction industries, promote sustainable infrastructure development, and improve resilience by simultaneously holding 12 specialized exhibitions. This maximizes the interrelatedness of these fields and provides a platform for the exchange of technology and information across industry boundaries. Our company is exhibiting at Booth M4-244 in Hall 4 East.

Conventional tensile testing machines are designed to measure large load values using hydraulic systems, making it difficult to obtain stable readings for load values below 5 kN, such as those for other types of anchors. With the development of the LP-5KN, it has become easy to conduct tensile tests on other types of anchors. The LP-5KN has a measurement range of 5 N to 5,000 N (5 kN) and can simultaneously measure displacements of up to 20 mm, allowing for high-precision tensile displacement curves to be confirmed for materials such as ALC, gypsum boards, and structural plywood used in other types of anchors. Furthermore, as it uses a gear system instead of hydraulics, there is no need for oil changes, improving maintenance efficiency. Currently, customers can use it through rental services.
