Our company primarily engages in on-site maintenance aimed at system preservation. We have inherited the technical culture from the era of mechanical counting machines that thrived half a century ago, and we have been involved in the development, manufacturing, and maintenance of interpreters, card counters, and online terminals. As a result, our technical staff is capable of providing detailed maintenance services. We perform not only unit replacements but also delicate adjustments such as tension, friction, and balance. The gauge specifications in technical manuals, which are set at 1/100 millimeter order, often do not take into account factors like humidity, atmospheric dust, oil film thickness, and wear degradation, leading to frequent mismatches in the field. Machines in the FA and OA sectors each have their own individuality, requiring adjustments tailored to them. Additionally, in Japan, which experiences four distinct seasons, the impact of humidity particularly affects conditions. This can be considered universal. Similarly, the technical accumulation we have built over a quarter of a century is also applied in these maintenance activities, allowing us to expand from the equipment sector into the facilities sector.
