Enatech handles a wide range of silicon wafer-related products and responds quickly and accurately to customer requests. With over 40 years since its establishment, we have supported a part of the semiconductor industry, primarily in the Si field. Through cooperation with domestic and international silicon manufacturers and processing companies, we provide stable silicon materials not only to the Japanese market but also to overseas markets. We mainly sell evaluation test wafers and film-forming wafers to semiconductor and solar cell manufacturers (as well as contract processing such as regeneration), and in the field of dummy wafers, we have two warehouses for the sorting process of Si in Japan, allowing us to introduce various types of wafers to meet customer needs. In addition to CZ silicon wafers, we also handle FZ silicon wafers, SOI wafers, diffusion wafers, SiGe, GaAs, InP, sapphire, germanium, SiC wafers, used equipment for semiconductors, ferrite cores, iron oxide, high-purity chemicals, and more.
Business Activities
【Main Products】 Test and monitor bare wafers (high precision, particle check, COP countermeasures), coin roll wafers, SOI, diffusion wafers, SiGe, GaAs, Ge, sapphire, quartz, etc. Various processing services are also available, including {film formation, grinding (possible for under 50μm), dicing, size reduction, patterning, Si regeneration polishing, cleaning processing}. 【CZ Wafers】 ■ Diameters from 1 inch to 450mm are available. ■ Film formation processing is possible. ■ Wafers with test patterns (4 inches to 12 inches) are also available. ■ We accept test patterning using customer-supplied reticles. 【FZ Wafers】 We handle high-resistance silicon wafers with diameters from 30mm to 8 inches and resistivities exceeding 0.1 ohm to 10k ohm cm. Manufacturing methods include non-doped, gas-doped, and neutron-irradiated products, characterized by high lifetime and low oxygen and carbon concentrations. 【Examples of Applications】 □ Various prototype research and development □ Semiconductor manufacturing equipment evaluation □ Solar cell wafers… We also handle various processed products of single crystal/multi-crystal silicon and synthetic quartz. We also deal with compound semiconductors and various electronic materials.
