Roku Roku Smart Technology is a machine tool manufacturer established in 1903. In 1996, as the demand for further miniaturization and high performance was expected to rise, particularly in the electronic device industry, our company, which had primarily been manufacturing general-purpose machines, named high-precision and high-quality processing for small workpieces "micro-machining" and began the development, manufacturing, and sales of processing machines specialized for this purpose, referred to as "micro-machining machines." Micro-machining machines are composed of high-precision positioning with excellent followability, high-speed spindles with dynamic runout precision, and machine structures with minimal thermal displacement and high recoverability. To fully realize their performance and achieve stable high-precision and high-quality processing, we advocate a "four-in-one" concept that focuses not only on the pursuit of the main body but also on providing optimally developed specialized tools and CAM software, as well as creating the optimal environment (temperature and humidity), offering it as a total solution. We also focus on the "four-in-one + ONE" processing style, which aims to visualize the machine's condition through sensors installed at key points and harness the machine's latent capabilities through operator intervention.
