The self-propelled telescopic duct moves along the rail and sucks up dust just before the face. Compared to conventional methods, it cleans the entire tunnel with a lower air volume (only in the case of a combination with a filter-type dust collector). ■ Non-Leak Duct (Positive Pressure Use) ● Non-Leak Duct (Packing Type) (Patent Application No. 2015-38261) Measured value φ2500 at 8kPa with a maximum leakage rate of 0.1m³/min (per one fastening connection point) Available in φ800 to φ2500, standard length of 10m ● Small Diameter Non-Leak Duct (Patent No. 4917069) This is a duct for positive pressure use. Air leakage is almost zero. With a leakage rate of 1/3700 compared to conventional ducts, it is an excellent air duct for long-distance small cross-section shield and tunnel ventilation. Available in φ300 to φ700, standard length of 10m ■ Pita Joint Duct (Negative Pressure Use) This is a duct for negative pressure use. Air leakage is almost zero even at -80kPa. With low friction resistance and good long-distance air delivery characteristics, it enables significant energy savings and allows for a smaller blower size. Compared to conventional steel pipes, the outer diameter of the joint section is smaller, allowing for space-saving installation. It offers excellent cost performance for methane gas exhaust, long-distance shields, small cross-section tunnel mechanical excavation, TBM, and more.
