We are pleased to announce the launch of a new over-molded version of the EAO 82 series, featuring an M12 connector. This new version meets the IP67 protection rating for rear panel protection and allows for easy connections as part of the illuminated pushbutton switch in the 82 series. Switches and indicator lights are often used under very harsh operating conditions. For example, in the food and beverage industry, alkaline cleaning agents and corrosion can have a serious impact on HMIs. Furthermore, they must provide a very high level of resistance to external factors such as difficult-to-remove dirt, fine dust, and the intense vibrations and shocks commonly encountered in heavy machinery and special vehicle applications. This product meets such stringent requirements and offers reliable enhanced protection. The attractive design of the illuminated pushbutton switch features a housing made of SUS 316L stainless steel and an illuminated part made of Tritan, which is resistant to cleaning agents. These design features provide protection against damage and ensure uniform transparency in dot or ring illumination.
