DynaFlex Corporation has evolved its business in a "dynamic" and "flexible" manner in response to the demands of the times since its founding, accumulating a wealth of experience. As a result, we are poised to take flight as an "integrated security engineering company" based on "network technology" and "security technology." To solidify this foundation, in May of this year, we acquired a digital video recorder (DVR) business, followed by obtaining the general sales agency rights for "WaveTronex," a company developing a groundbreaking AI-based facial detection, tracking, and recognition system, in June. In July, we also secured the general sales agency rights for standalone DVRs based on H.264 image compression technology from Chateau (Taiwan), actively expanding our business. Since 2003, DynaFlex Corporation has been selling the "Molybdenum Alesta" (NR series) manufactured by Japan's Raiken, and starting in July of this year, we have added the plugin-type "Molybdenum Alesta" (VM series) manufactured by Vector Co., Ltd. to our product lineup, enhancing the functionality of our Molybdenum Alesta products.
