We propose technologies for utilizing core materials for high-speed motors. This involves vector magnetic characteristic analysis of iron loss and magnetic distribution through joint research with universities. For example, thinning electromagnetic steel sheets can reduce iron loss. We measure the vector magnetic characteristics of existing or newly developed thin electromagnetic steel sheets to confirm low loss. The software μ-E&S designs the iron loss distribution during high-speed rotation based on motor core shape using vector magnetic characteristic analysis and supports the examination of magnetic balance.
