This heater has been developed to achieve high-precision, rapid-response temperature control across a wide range from room temperature to approximately 500°C for the purpose of heating liquids and gases. It is used for fluid heating applications such as liquid heating, high-temperature gas, and superheated steam generation, targeting industries including food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and bathing facilities. While it has a strong track record in superheated steam generation, it achieves an accuracy of within 0.1°C across all ranges up to approximately 500°C, with a rapid temperature reach in just a few seconds and a maximum of one minute.
