Advanced Card Systems Ltd. Starting from April 2026, five models of ACS's NFC readers — WalletMate II, AquaGuard, ACR1552U, ACR1555U, and ACR1581U — have passed the compatibility tests for My Number Cards for smartphones. This will further enhance the role of ACS products in the field of digital identification in Japan. ACS's goal has always been to create technologies that balance convenience and security. With the compatibility for My Number Cards for smartphones, all citizens will be able to access digital administrative services more smoothly and smartly.
