A Workshop to Visualize Waste in Operations **Date and Time:** December 16, 2026 (Wednesday) 12:30 PM - 1:20 PM (STAGE D/D-3) **Venue:** Tokyo Big Sight, East Halls 7 & 8 **Instructor:** Masahiro Wada, CEO of Thirdly Co., Ltd. Participants will experience a new framework called "Work Profit Design," which transforms the reality of office work into data and structures that generate profit. The workshop will explain how to analyze the value of work (work data) using AI and connect the discovery of issues to execution through the "4D Cycle," along with practical examples. *Participation is free, but prior registration is required. Everyone is busy. However, it's unclear what we are spending our time on. While we can understand "how many hours are spent on what" through labor management, we cannot determine how much that time translates into profit or results. In this seminar, we will visualize the purpose, value, and waste of work that cannot be seen just by the time spent, as "work data," and introduce "Profiit," which supports analysis and improvement decisions using AI. By re-evaluating each task from the perspectives of purpose, cost, and the feelings of the person in charge, the cost-effectiveness of operations that were previously invisible will become clear. Furthermore, based on that analysis, AI will propose decisions and improvement measures regarding "continue, reduce, or stop," and support the execution management and effectiveness verification of planned measures as a single flow. 【Program】11:00 Opening / 11:05 Lecture / 11:45 Q&A (Ends at 12:00) 【Speaker】Masahiro Wada, CEO of Thirdly Inc. 【Organizer】Thirdly Inc.
