The Hokkaido Chamber of Commerce and Industry will hold an "Employee Skill Improvement Seminar" aimed at enhancing the skills of employees engaged in the construction industry and contributing to the stability of management. This seminar is recognized as a CPDS accredited training by the National Association of Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineers, and participants can earn 10 units by attending all lectures over the two days.
